The go-to crab for controlling bubble algae (Valonia). Emerald Crabs actively seek out and consume bubble algae that most other herbivores ignore. They're generally reef-safe when small but can become opportunistic as they grow. Note: This is a Caribbean species not currently available in Australia due to biosecurity restrictions.
