What AussieReefing is

AussieReefing is a free community directory that helps Australian reef hobbyists find shops, browse products, and discover what's available. We're an independent project — we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the shops listed on this site.

Content aggregation

AussieReefing aggregates product information from publicly available sources — including store websites, public product feeds, and manufacturer data. We do not claim ownership of any store content, product images, or descriptions displayed on this site.

Product images are sourced from stores' public product listings and manufacturer media. They are displayed to help customers identify products and are linked back to the original store page. If you are a store owner and would like specific content removed or updated, please contact us and we will action it promptly.

Information accuracy

We do our best to keep things accurate, but as listings are aggregated from external sources, there may be delays or discrepancies. Product availability and pricing can change at any time. Always check with the shop directly before making a purchase.

We welcome corrections from store owners and hobbyists, and will prioritise updates when notified. If something is wrong, it's not intentional.

Store participation

Stores are listed based on publicly available information. Any store owner may request updates to their listing or request removal at any time by contacting us. Removal requests are honoured promptly — typically within 24 hours. See our Store Trust Framework for details.

Outbound links

When you click on a product or "Visit Website" link, you're leaving AussieReefing and heading to the store's own website. From that point, you're dealing with that shop directly. We're not involved in any transactions, shipping, returns, or disputes between you and any store.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We don't make any warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information. We're a small community project doing our best, not a commercial platform with a legal team.

Limitation of liability

AussieReefing isn't liable for any losses or damages that come from using this site or relying on information found here. That includes (but isn't limited to) any issues with purchases made through stores linked from this directory.

Changes to these terms

We might update these terms from time to time. Nothing dramatic — we'll keep them fair and reasonable. Continued use of the site means you're okay with the current terms.
